To receive physical therapy treatment in Texas, a physician's order is necessary. A physical therapist in Texas can evaluate you without a physician's order. This means that we can evaluate your problem and contact your physician to get treatment approved.
Dress:
If you are coming in for your first visit, it is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing.
Shorts are highly recommended for knee and hip evaluations
Insurance:
Bring your insurance card, medical history and physician's order to your first visit.
We will verify benefits once your insurance information is obtained. If you are coming in after five p.m., then the insurance company will likely be closed. We can check benefits before your next visit or you can call our office to see how we can check before you come in. Of course you can call your insurance company yourself.
